Job Purpose

Drive brand advancement for Popsicle within the Kids Adventure cluster, leading innovation, communication and strategy across the North American market.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the innovation pipeline with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely launch of packaging, product, and customer‑focused initiatives.
Lead consumer research in partnership with Insights to evaluate new concepts and communication assets.
Partner with Operations Marketing to guarantee flawless execution in market.
Create culture‑driven communication, brief creative agencies and oversee final asset development.
Lead co‑brand strategy, negotiate contracts, and forecast accuracy for licensed and co‑branded products.
Manage budgets, invoices, and conduct market analysis to capture trends and opportunities.
Qualifications

Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus), 3–5 years of brand marketing experience in CPG, strong analytical and digital/e‑commerce skills, proven project management and leadership, experience with agencies and media partners, ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment, excellent verbal and written communication.
Ideal Experience

Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
3–5 years in brand marketing, preferably CPG.
Strong analytical and digital/e‑commerce understanding.
Track record of successful delivery to business.
Project management and leadership experience.
Experience with agencies, media partners and multiple customer channels.
Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, team‑based setting.

Pay

Base salary range: $88,600 to $133,000. Position bonus eligible.
