Responsibilities

Analyze and report on business opportunities within channels and specific customers

Develop and recommend customer‑specific shopper marketing campaigns to drive incremental revenue

Customer insights SME for SCC. Contribute insights to define selling strategy within all channels of business to better connect with all shoppers at retail

Gather and organize information using industry sources (publications, trade sites, etc.) and proprietary tracking studies to be used for marketing campaigns

Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, marketing required

4+ years’ experience in business analytics in consumer goods industry preferred

4+ years’ market research of consumer demographics or category preferred

Conduct program performance (pre, during, post) within customer specific shopper marketing campaigns

Statistics, shopper segmentation, gap analysis

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word applications

Identify opportunities and gaps based on business fundamentals and application of qualitative and quantitative data

Ability to use information/business tools and platforms to obtain and analyze relevant information

Ability to communicate complex shopper information and implications both verbally and written
