The Digital Marketing Manager will own and execute CompoSecure's digital presence across all owned, earned, and paid channels. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through a cohesive digital strategy — spanning social media, e-commerce, influencer partnerships, web, and CRM-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate is a hands-on digital marketer who can balance creative instincts with analytical rigor, and who thrives managing both agency relationships and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce
- Own the digital commerce strategy and day-to-day operations for CompoSecure's e-commerce presence, including product listings, merchandising, and conversion optimization
- Partner with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless online purchasing experience and accurate product representation
- Analyze e-commerce performance data to identify growth opportunities, optimize the purchase funnel, and improve ROI
Social Media
- Develop and execute CompoSecure's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Manage content calendar, community engagement, and platform-specific best practices to grow audience and drive meaningful interaction
- Track and report on social KPIs including reach, engagement, follower growth, and share of voice
Influencer Marketing
- Build and manage CompoSecure's influencer and brand ambassador program, identifying partners that align with target audiences in the premium finance, lifestyle, and tech spaces
- Negotiate contracts, coordinate content deliverables, and measure influencer campaign performance against reach, engagement, and conversion benchmarks
- Stay current on emerging creators and influencer trends to continuously evolve the program strategy
Website Management
- Serve as the business owner of composecure.com, overseeing content updates, UX improvements, SEO strategy, and site performance in partnership with technical and design teams
- Monitor site analytics via Google Analytics and other tools, translating data into actionable recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, and lead generation
- Manage the content roadmap to ensure the website reflects current product offerings, brand positioning, and campaign priorities
Customer Portal
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to support the development and ongoing optimization of CompoSecure's customer portal experience
- Drive adoption and engagement within the portal through targeted communications, in-platform content, and user experience enhancements
- Gather customer feedback and usage data to inform continuous improvements to portal functionality and value
Digital Agency Relationship
- Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for CompoSecure's digital agency partners, managing scope, timelines, deliverables, and budget accountability
- Evaluate agency performance against defined KPIs and ensure work is consistently on-brand, on-strategy, and delivering measurable results
- Identify opportunities to evolve or expand agency partnerships in support of the broader digital marketing roadmap
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership across multiple channels including social, web, and CRM
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing within financial services, fintech, luxury, or premium consumer brand environments preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) for campaign management, reporting, and lead lifecycle tracking
- Hands-on experience managing agency relationships and holding external partners accountable to results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and website CMS tools
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, paid social, and marketing automation best practices
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
