A well‑established law firm in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing, business development, branding, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in strengthening the firm’s market presence, supporting attorney visibility, improving client communications, and driving targeted marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities

Manage the firm’s website, SEO initiatives, social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and online brand presence.

Create, coordinate, and publish marketing content including newsletters, blogs, attorney biographies, client communications, and thought leadership materials.

Plan and execute business development events, sponsorships, client programs, networking opportunities, and attorney visibility initiatives.

Develop marketing materials, presentations, proposals, RFP responses, pitch documents, and client‑facing collateral.

Manage CRM data, marketing analytics, campaign reporting, vendor relationships, marketing budgets, and performance tracking.

Coordinate attorney awards, rankings, recognition submissions, public relations efforts, media outreach, and reputation management initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

Direct hire opportunity.

Full‑time position.

Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year.

Location: Orlando, FL.
