As an Account Liaison, you will play a crucial role in promoting our hospice services to healthcare professionals, facilities, patients, and families. Your primary goal will be to increase awareness of our hospice care offerings, establish strong relationships within the medical community, and drive patient referrals. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and excellent communication skills. To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are a suitable fit for this role.Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance the visibility and reputation of our hospice services.- Build and nurture relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare providers to drive patient referrals.- Collaborate with the internal team to create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral that effectively communicate the benefits of our hospice care.- Organize and participate in healthcare events, seminars, and conferences to showcase our services and establish a strong presence in the industry.- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.- Maintain a thorough understanding of our hospice services, regulations, and industry standards to address inquiries and concerns from potential partners.- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms and traditional media, to reach targeted audiences and generate leads.- Track and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and conversion rates.- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for referred patients and their families into our hospice program.- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in healthcare regulations that could impact our marketing efforts.Position Qualifications:- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on hospice or palliative care preferred.- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, regulations, and patient care processes.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities.- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.- Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving marketing goals.- Compassionate and empathetic nature, understanding the sensitivities of hospice care.
