This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and onsite at our bustling NY office located at 420 5th Avenue.
Responsibilities

Execute tactical marketing deliverables, including tracking and communicating production status to internal stakeholders.
Coordinate approvals and consolidate feedback for strategic decision-making.
Maintain marketing calendars and manage creative asset deliverables across various touchpoints.
Support host/leased business, local/mall, and event activations.
Collaborate with the marketing director, manager, and VP to develop project briefs and campaign recap presentations.
Align with global content team, product planning, host operations, and store communications.
Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience in marketing, media strategy, and production.
Strong project management skills.
2-5 years of relevant experience (flexible).
