Salesforce is seeking a talented and driven Senior Director of Government Affairs to support and advance the company's congressional engagement strategy. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Government and Global Public Affairs, this role is a key executor of Salesforce's federal legislative agenda

with particular depth in defense authorization, appropriations, and congressional outreach. The ideal candidate brings strong Hill relationships, hands-on knowledge of the NDAA and appropriations process, and the ability to move quickly in a dynamic legislative environment. A zest for politics and a good sense of humor go a long way here.
The Head of Congressional Affairs will serve as the operational engine behind Salesforce's federal engagement

executing the strategy business and Government Affairs leaders set, maintaining day-to-day relationships on the Hill, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks during a high-stakes legislative cycle.
