Infor LN Developer – ONSITE

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement solid, scalable and flexible solutions to support clients migrating from LN 10.5 to LN 10.7 (Multisite), Independent GAPS and other projects.

Interact with functional people/process experts to understand new requirements, issues in depth, architect solutions, and develop or delegate development to offshore, providing immediate solutions if needed.

Perform liaison activities between client and offshore team on a regular basis to ensure no gaps.

Work with offshore lead to ensure delivery commitments, forecast capacity, identify and mitigate risks.

Perform code reviews and mentor junior resources to ensure commitments are met.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Infor‑LN/Baan ERP development and enhancements.

1+ years of experience collaborating directly with clients on requirement gathering, architecting solutions, and liaising activities with offshore teams.

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding/exposure to at least one of the following Infor products: Factory Track, Bartender, XI‑ION, Infor XM, Info SCS Planner.

Experience with Solumina MES application.

Any technical certification in Infor ERP.

Must reside in the US.
