Job Description: As a Creative Lead, physical stores, you’ll work closely with creative leadership, other designers, copywriters, project managers, cross-functional team members and external vendors to concept and execute high visibility, high profile product launch and commerce experiences for Retail Campaigns and innovative solutions for demoing product instore. You will provide leadership, mentorship, a creative culture and direction to implement world-class creativity. Working closely with large cross-functional team members to ensure that the solution is right for the customer, the brand and the business.
Minimum Role Qualification and Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in brand design, art direction, or creative direction, with a focus on retail experiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in setting creative direction for photography, motion/video, and renderings for major brands.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to balance high-concept artistic design with commercial reality, foot-traffic analytics, and conversion goals.
- Technical Literacy: Familiarity with the tools of the trade (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Figma) to effectively critique and guide technical designers.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to "sell" creative concepts to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
