Aramark Student Nutrition provides food and nutrition services to over 350 school districts in the U.S. It offers public and private education institutions a variety of dining options including breakfast and lunch programs, after-school snacks, catering, nutrition education and retail operations. The Student Experience Manager is responsible for supporting Aramark’s clients with product innovation, merchandising, and promotions. This role serves as a liaison between Aramark’s Marketing team and client account locations, ensuring that client and consumer needs are met, while adhering to Aramark standards. The role also focuses on proactive innovation and customer satisfaction within the client account, using insights to drive promotions and progress.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The salaried rate for this position is $73,500.00 to $99,750.00.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct marketing research and data collection: focus groups, surveying, campus mapping, trend development/research, a la carte pricing analysis.
Develop marketing plans and new strategies to promote meal growth, including additional programming and promotions.
Support retention through presentations and client business reviews (CBRs) for the client account or district.
Coordinate special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction, public relations, website updates, and social media marketing.
Build relationships with clients, parents, teachers, staff, board members and community groups.
Own merchandising of all stations and service areas, aiming to increase sales and encourage students to choose a meal.
Maintain regular client contact to present new ideas and plans that align with client-driven goals in partnership with operations.
Identify opportunities to implement new innovations, technology solutions, products and services to support growth and client retention.
Ensure participation in the annual Student ViewPOINT survey and use results to drive decisions on menu changes, promotions, and programming; share findings with operations and clients.
Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance engagement with students, parents, and administrators.
Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, ensuring transparent and consistent communication.
Create and manage communication materials such as newsletters, announcements, and social media content to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Collaborate with Aramark and district teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of communication efforts.
Establish channels for feedback from students, parents, and administrators to continuously improve communication strategies and address concerns.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of product, marketing, and/or merchandising experience.
A passion for the hospitality industry, as well as food and beverage services.
Ability to work effectively in a heavily matrixed organization and influence without formal authority.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing.
Proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment of program implementation.
Experience proactively identifying and capturing growth opportunities, and thinking creatively and strategically.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including presentation, public speaking and client interaction.
Proficiency in social media and Microsoft Office products to accomplish work tasks.
Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, web-based sites, editing and videography.
Skill in influencing without formal authority, building an informal network to support program pilots, implementation and measurement.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
