Responsibilities
This opportunity is with our Deployment Solutions Commercial Division, which partners with top-tier pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that deliver. The District Sales Manager will report to Syneos Health National Business Director and will be directly responsible to hire, train and develop, as well as coach the sales team in their district in order to successfully promote product targeted physicians.

Responsible for motivating, managing and developing the skill sets and overall performance of the sales representatives in their district

Effectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies

Monitor field activities to ensure all are within compliance guidelines and provide timely feedback on marketing tactics and market conditions while collaborating closely with leadership, commercial operations, marketing and medical affairs

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Degree preferred

10+ years of commercial pharmaceutical experience

3+ years of district or regional management experience

Experience in Endocrinology or Diabetes is preferred

Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
