Responsibilities

Complete a multi-layered training program to develop product and selling expertise

Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom products

Apply professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics

Build and maintain client relationships to increase loyalty

Maintain visual merchandising and store operations to company standards

Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or service

Genuine interest in fashion and styling, especially menswear

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
