Responsibilities

Complete a multi-layered training cycle to develop product and styling expertise.
Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of merchandise.
Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics.
Build client relationships to increase loyalty through the store's client program.
Maintain attractive merchandise presentation and adhere to visual guidelines.
Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Requirements

Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
