Overview
We are hiring a founding designer to get in the trenches at ground level with a new AI product. This is a senior, hands‑on design role focused on creating a highly usable interface layer for agents and chatbots in a B2B context.
What he's building
- The interface layer for agents and chatbots.
- A B2B product sold to other AI agent companies.
- Transforming the user experience by converting a wall of text into a concise, intuitive UI.
The requirements
- A driven designer who can get in early and help build out and scale the product.
- Laser focus on human–computer interaction (HCI) and how the end user interacts with the product.
- Clear examples of previous work demonstrating success in creating highly user-friendly product design.
- Basic agentic AI experience is a plus but not required.
The current state of things
- Not built from scratch; much of the product is already built.
- Customers and pilot programs are in place.
- Significant financial backing and growing VC interest.

- Up to $250k base salary.
