Field Marketing Representative

Gotcha Security is a commercial low-voltage security company serving the multifamily market across the Atlanta area. We install and service CCTV, access control, intrusion, fire alarm, and gate entry systems — and we're growing.

We're looking for a Field Marketing Representative to be the face of Gotcha Security in the field. This is not a sales role. Your job is to build relationships with property managers at multifamily communities, introduce them to what we do, and create warm opportunities for our team to follow up on. You'll be out in the field every day — stopping by properties, having real conversations, and representing our brand with professionalism and genuine friendliness.

What you'll actually be doing:

Visiting multifamily properties across the Atlanta metro area

Building rapport with property managers and on-site staff

Introducing Gotcha Security and qualifying interest in our services

Scheduling discovery calls between property decision-makers and our team

Tracking your activity and reporting on progress weekly

What we're looking for:

Naturally outgoing — you enjoy talking to people and it shows

Comfortable walking into unfamiliar environments and starting a conversation

Reliable, self-directed, and consistent

Prior experience in outside marketing, brand ambassador work, leasing, or hospitality is a plus

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
