Summary:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to support the marketing and brand visibility of our Los Angeles-based commercial property portfolio. This role focuses on creating high-impact digital content that promotes office, retail and commercial properties, engages tenants and prospects, and reinforces our position in the commercial real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a consistent and strategic social media calendar, aligning content with leasing activity, property events, and branding goals.
Serve as a proactive content creator, producing compelling, on-brand visual and written content that highlights property features, tenant success stories, and market insights.
Stay current with industry trends, platform algorithms, and social media best practices to ensure content remains engaging, relevant, and competitive.
Professionally manage sensitive or negative interactions on social platforms, using sound judgment to transform challenges into positive, relationship-building opportunities.
Act as a clear and consistent communicator, ensuring internal stakeholders, leasing teams, and property managers are kept up to date on campaign progress, content schedules, and performance insights.
Monitor and manage daily social media activity across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok), ensuring timely and professional engagement.
Assist with social media advertising and boosted content in coordination with the marketing team.
Track KPIs and prepare monthly reports on performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign ROI.
Collaborate with outside vendors (photographers, videographers, designers) to elevate content quality when needed.
Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing; experience in commercial real estate or B2B marketing is a strong plus.
Proficiency with social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and content planning tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
Strong written and visual communication skills with an eye for detail and brand alignment.
Ability to manage feedback, maintain professionalism, and foster a positive online brand presence.
Self-starter with excellent time management, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with commercial property marketing, leasing terminology, or property operations is preferred.
Position Details:

Part-Time : Minimum of 20 hours a week
Bonus Skills (Preferred):

Experience with paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Express) or video editing (CapCut, iMovie)
Understanding of CRE data tools (CoStar, Yardi, VTS) or CRM software
