Kogsy places a warm, natural daily phone call to older adults living alone, and when something is wrong, a trained human is conferenced into the live call and family is alerted.
The Role
I'm a solo technical and clinical founder (former EMT). The product risk is largely behind us. The next chapter is commercial, and that's the half I can't do alone. You will own the market.
What You'll Own
The full pipeline: home care agencies, PACE programs, and Aging Life Care Managers
Pilot recruitment and first signed design partners
Pricing validation with real buyers
The traction story behind our seed raise
What We're Looking For
Direct B2B sales or business development into home care, PACE, senior living, or adjacent clinical buyers
A real, warm network in at least one of those categories
Comfort with long, trust-based, clinically sensitive sales cycles (this is not transactional SaaS)
Founder temperament: high ownership, no playbook yet, willing to carry the bag yourself in year one
Not A Fit If
your background is pure SaaS growth marketing, you want to manage a team rather than sell, or you need a defined playbook and full salary to feel secure.
The Deal
This is a co-founder role, not a sales hire. Meaningful equity with standard four-year vesting and a one-year cliff. Cash is minimal until the seed closes, so this is an equity-led partnership through the pilot. I bring the built, audited product and the clinical authority; you bring the market. Neither half works alone.
