We’re a fast-growing distribution company behind multiple high-demand brands, including Venera and Rise, and we’re looking for a killer Sales Manager to take over Texas and scale aggressively.
This is not a passive role. This is for someone who can build, push, and dominate territories.
What You’ll Be Doing: Run and grow relationships with distributors & wholesalers across North Carolina
Manage and lead ground sales teams + brand ambassadors
Execute retail activations, pop-ups, and in-store promotions
Build strong relationships with smoke shops, retailers, and key buyers
Push product through distribution channels and increase velocity
Develop in-store marketing strategies (displays, promos, positioning)
Open new accounts and new territories consistently
Drive revenue through constant field presence and execution
Proven experience in outside sales / territory management
Experience in smoke shop, hemp, vape, or CPG industry is a big plus
Strong relationships with Texas distributors or retailers
Ability to lead teams and hold them accountable
Someone who is hungry, aggressive, and results-driven
Comfortable being in the field daily (this is not a desk job)
