Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Organize and plan the marketing efforts in the storeand throughout the community

Sell at a high level in order to achieve monthly sales goalsand growth objectives

Maintain the image of the showroom floor, counter area,backroom, and restrooms

Ensure all merchandise is priced correctly and properly displayed

Directly manage the CSR’s and DT’s and follow up that all order forms have been processed, references, and customer informationis properly inputted into the computer system

Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner andprovide excellent customer service

Manage web leads and Facebook account for the store

Take proper payments from customers and updateinformation in the computer

Other tasks as assigned by management; including, but not limited to filling in for other positions as needed

Qualifications

Neat, professional appearance

Well organized, ability to multitask, good computer skills

Strong leadership and management skills

Patience and empathy

Effective communication, customer service and problem solving skills

Class E License within 30 days of hire

Must be at least 18 years old, good driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test (marijuana excluded)

High School diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required

Able to lift, load, and dolly merchandise
