Account Manager

Responsibilities

Collect the proper payment from our non-renewed customers through phone calls and field visits and to assist them towards ownership of the product

Help facilitate returns authorized by the GM and to make suremerchandise is inspected and cleaned properly

Maintain and update accurate information from the customer

Assist with the goal board in the collections department

Assist in the sales process and help achieve the growth goals of the store

Make sure that all company vehicles are operating in a safemanner and are clean

Delivery, setup and pickup of merchandise

Other tasks as assigned by management; including, but not limited to filling in for other positions as needed

Qualifications

Neat, professional appearance

Must be good on the telephone and computer

Patience and empathy

Effective communication and problem solving skills

Willingness to learn, take direction and listen

Class E license within 30 days of hire

Must be at least 18 years old, good driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test (marijuana excluded)

High School diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required

Able to lift, load, and dolly merchandise
