Please note: This position takes place at a sleepaway camp serving campers ages 12–19. Stage Managers live on-site for the full duration of the program and should be excited by an immersive, fast-paced, and intensive camp-based theater experience.
Role Overview
Stage Managers serve as Production Stage Managers for assigned Summerstock productions while also supporting the broader technical and backstage needs of the program. This role blends traditional stage management responsibilities with hands-on technical work, mentorship, and collaboration in a residential camp environment.
Full availability for the entire program is required.
Ideal Candidates
Have 3+ years stage management experience (summer stock, or professional)
Are organized, communicative, and adaptable.
Enjoy working with and mentoring young performers ages 12–19
Thrive in collaborative, high-energy environments
Are excited by immersive, community-oriented summer work
Must have completed two years of college or be two full years graduated from high school.
