Focused on expanding relationships with key customers, the full-time Strategic Account Executive will manage a portfolio of existing clients, conduct outbound prospecting, and identify sales opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term consultative partnerships
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and closing deals to post-sale account management

Required qualifications

Proven success in growing existing customer relationships through upselling and consultative solution selling
Experience managing opportunities from prospecting through ongoing account development
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce or Outreach.io
Genuine enthusiasm for helping small and medium-sized businesses grow through technology and online solutions
