Supporting the strategy and execution of sales enablement initiatives, the full-time remote Sales Engineering Manager will manage the development of internal resources, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and optimize sales processes to enhance commercial effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
Manage the creation and improvement of sales enablement resources to enhance field effectiveness
Coordinate with Product and stakeholders to ensure timely access to relevant sales information
Support complex sales opportunities by clarifying solution positioning and facilitating team collaboration
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related functions
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives that improve process effectiveness and commercial execution
