Leading the charge in sales effectiveness, the full-time Senior Director of Sales Enablement will build and scale programs, tools, and frameworks that enhance seller productivity and drive revenue growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:

Define and manage the vision and roadmap for the global sales enablement function, aligning with revenue goals and GTM strategy
Design scalable onboarding programs and continuous learning curricula to improve new hire productivity and ongoing sales training
Own the sales content strategy and enablement technology stack, ensuring sellers have access to high-quality, relevant resources

Required qualifications:

10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales strategy, or revenue operations
4+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and growing a team
Proven success in designing and scaling enablement programs in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
Strong data analytics skills with a track record of measuring and improving program ROI
Experience managing complex initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
