Managing a high-volume pipeline of over 100 projects, the contract Creative Operations Manager will oversee the creative workflow from request to delivery, ensuring timely execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and optimize the end-to-end creative pipeline, ensuring accurate status tracking and proactive identification of risks
Lead creative intake, prioritization, and resourcing, validating briefs and assigning work based on team capacity
Act as the central creative project manager across teams, aligning on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
5+ years of experience in Creative Project Management/Operations or Creative Resourcing
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Asana for workflow management
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work Pacific Time zone hours
