Marketing Coordinator - Dallas

LRK is seeking a proactive, dependable, collaborative, and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our Dallas office. This position will be part of a team responsible for creative initiatives including writing and producing proposals, presentation design, marketing collateral development, website content management, email communications, photography, social media and other activities to market the company and personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Write and produce proposals

Design presentations

Develop marketing collateral

Manage website content

Coordinate email communications

Handle photography and visual assets

Produce and schedule social media content

Support other marketing activities as needed

Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry or another professional service industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to coordinate remotely with other offices

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
