Assistant Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator – Fair Oak
We’re working with a well-established estate agency in Fair Oak who are looking to hire an experienced Assistant Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator to support the Branch Manager, drive results, and deliver an excellent service to buyers and sellers.

We’re looking for a strong, proven negotiator who enjoys winning business, progressing sales, and leading by example – with a clear route to further progression.

Salary
£35,000 Basic | £50,000 OTE

The role
You’ll be hands‑on in the day‑to‑day running of the branch, balancing personal performance with supporting the wider team. Key responsibilities include:

Generating and converting new business opportunities

Booking and carrying out market appraisals/valuations (where required)

Negotiating offers and managing sales progression through to completion

Supporting, coaching and motivating the sales team

Helping the branch hit targets across instructions, sales and pipeline

Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local contacts

Representing the business professionally in the local market

What we’re looking for

Strong experience in residential sales (Senior Negotiator level or above)

A proven track record of winning instructions and closing deals

Confident communicator with a customer‑first approach

Organised, proactive, and comfortable working to targets

Full UK driving licence
