Job Description
The Marshalls Partnership Marketing Manager joins a team of leaders responsible for delivering programs that drive short and long‑term growth for the brand. Marketing managers possess a strong understanding of the marketing landscape, channel standard processes, and can translate brand priorities, insights, and data into planning and execution.

The specific role reports directly to the Manager of Partnership Marketing for Marshalls and is responsible for implementing strategies and programs designed to elevate brand awareness, consideration, and perception through high‑impact partnerships in fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment arenas. The manager works closely with key agency, external, and internal partners to collaboratively bring initiatives to life.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of Brand Partnership Programs, including

Manage day‑to‑day execution of media and content plans, coordinating, reviewing, and delivering content across channels (video, digital, social, etc.)

Support development and tracking of measurement plans, including metrics and reporting; analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations

Bring creative and innovative thinking to recommend new partnership opportunities that align with the evolving industry landscape

Brief agencies and external partners on brand vision, objectives, and investment strategy to drive high‑quality outcomes

Partner with cross‑functional marketing peers to develop and implement fully integrated plans, ensuring maximum reach

Serve as key day‑to‑day contact for external agencies and internal partners

Manage the annual partnership budget, forecasting, tracking monthly fees, submitting invoices

Supervise the Marketing Supervisor and foster an inclusive culture where associates feel welcomed, valued, and engaged

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail or fashion, with partnership background

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience managing a full‑time employee(s) and/or team

Strong interpersonal skills: deep listening, inquiry, effective communication, collaboration, participatory decision-making

Interest in fashion/home trends, pop culture, entertainment, and digital savviness

Experience evaluating creative and interpreting brand vision through execution

Ability to build relationships with all levels within an organization

Skilled user of Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to support partnership execution

Location & Salary
Hybrid in Framingham, MA, requiring at least two days per week in the office; not remote. Salary range: $95,800.00 to $122,100.00 per year, with potential annual incentive and long-term incentives.
