Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (B.A. or B.S.)
Preferred fields: Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Media, Math, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related field
3+ years of media research experience within a:
Broadcast or cable network
Digital entertainment company
Advertising agency
Media research provider
Data analytics firm
Experience with brand impact and attribution partners such as:
Kantar
Dynata
EDO
Marketcast
iSpot
Understanding of the digital ad tech ecosystem, including data management and tagging
Experience with:
Survey writing and fielding
Qualitative and quantitative research
Banner and crosstab analysis
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Formulas, Charts/Graphs, Strong PowerPoint and Word skills, Proven data analysis, interpretation, and visualization skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with a broadcast network, cable network, advertising agency, movie studio, or research vendor
Strategic thinker with strong interest in media, analytics, and marketing
Ability to turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Self-starter who works well independently and within a team
Curious, resourceful, and open to feedback
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Measurement & Insights
Support the development, execution, and delivery of cross-funnel campaign measurement
Analyze campaign performance across linear, digital, and social platforms
Support measurement for major media properties, sponsorships, and tentpole events
Data Analysis & Reporting
Pull data from research tools, dashboards, and vendor platforms
Analyze results and identify key campaign insights
Develop presentations highlighting results, recommendations, and best practices
Partner with internal stakeholders, agencies, and research vendors
Ensure measurement projects stay on track and meet deadlines
Support key sales priorities and strategic initiatives
Train and mentor onboarding analysts
Collaborate across Insights & Measurement teams
Support measurement-related requests from internal and external stakeholders
What This Person Actually Does
This person measures whether advertising campaigns worked. They analyze campaign data, partner with research and attribution vendors, build client-facing presentations, and turn data into actionable insights that help advertisers understand campaign performance across content, platforms, and sponsorships.
