Due to continued growth, our client, a respected Houston law firm, is seeking a marketing, business development, and recruiting professional to help build and lead these functions from the ground up.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial, hands‑on professional who enjoys creating processes, developing strategies, building relationships, and making a visible impact. Working closely with firm leadership and attorneys, this individual will play a key role in shaping the firm's marketing, business development, and recruiting efforts as the firm continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

Support attorney and firm business development initiatives

Manage the firm's website, social media, marketing communications, and public relations efforts

Coordinate pitches, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses

Plan client events, sponsorships, conferences, and networking opportunities

Promote attorney achievements, significant case results, and firm successes

Manage attorney award submissions and profile‑raising initiatives

Lead law school and lateral attorney recruiting efforts

Assist with strategic growth initiatives and firm expansion efforts

Qualifications:

5+ years of marketing, business development, recruiting, communications, or related experience

Law firm or professional services experience preferred

Strong communication, writing, and relationship‑building skills

Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently

Highly organized with excellent project management skills
