Seeking a hands-on Lead Technical Artist for a full-time position, either onsite in Culver City or remotely within the US or Canada, who will drive technical art direction, tools development, and content pipelines for a large-scale mobile game project.
Key responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain tools and workflows for Unity and DCC applications
Own and evolve technical art workflows, establishing standards and best practices
Manage and mentor a team of Technical Artists, ensuring efficient collaboration across disciplines
Required qualifications
Extensive experience in Technical Art, Tools Development, or Game Development
Strong proficiency in building tools and automation, particularly for Unity
Experience with DCC tools such as Maya, Blender, or Houdini
Proficiency in C#, Python, or similar programming languages
Experience optimizing game content for performance and memory efficiency
