As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and driven Amazon Campaign Manager to join our team and take charge of our paid advertising efforts on Amazon to continue to grow our successful business on the platform.

Role Overview
As an Amazon Advertising Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our Amazon advertising campaigns to drive sales, enhance brand awareness, and meet our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's advertising platform, strong analytical skills, and the ability to strategize and execute effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon advertising strategies, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.

Conduct keyword research, analyze search data, and identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Optimize campaign performance through bid adjustments, budget allocation, and targeting improvements.

Monitor and report on key metrics such as campaign performance, ROI, and sales impact.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product management, sales) to align Amazon advertising strategies with overall business goals.

Stay updated on Amazon advertising best practices, industry trends, and platform updates.

Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign effectiveness continuously.

Provide regular insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize performance and drive growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns, including proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data‑driven decision‑making.

In‑depth understanding of PPC advertising, particularly on Amazon.

Highly experienced with Teikametrics, Jungle Scout and the Compass AI campaign management software.

Experience with overseas Amazon advertising.

Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.

Certification in Amazon Advertising (e.g., Amazon Advertising Accreditation) is a plus.
