Healthcare Business Development Representative / Hospital Liaison (Part-Time)
Sunshine Home Care Services is seeking an experienced healthcare professional with established hospital and healthcare referral relationships to help expand awareness of our non‑medical home care services throughout the community.

This is an ideal opportunity for a healthcare marketer, hospital liaison, discharge planner, case manager, social worker, or business development professional who understands the healthcare continuum and has strong connections within hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physician practices, and senior care networks.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and healthcare professionals.

Educate referral sources about Sunshine Home Care Services.

Conduct in‑person visits to hospitals, rehabilitation centres, physician offices, and community healthcare organisations.

Generate qualified referral opportunities.

Represent the company professionally at healthcare and community events.

Provide regular activity and referral reports.

Qualifications

Healthcare marketing, hospital liaison, case management, social work, nursing, or healthcare business development experience preferred.

Existing relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and healthcare professionals highly preferred.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.

Reliable transportation.

Compensation

$35–$50 per hour based on experience, healthcare network, and proven referral development success.

Mileage reimbursement provided.
