Job Description:
Partner with management to achieve operational results for Agency Development accounts
Assist in developing sales plans for profitable growth
Manage the development of Agency Development staff
Conduct sales training for Agency Development and field
Communicate with Agency Development staff and Independent Agent partners
Develop and execute business and strategic plans
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Four years of personal lines insurance experience, including three years in field marketing or account management preferred
People leadership preferred
P&C territory management experience preferred
