About Wander:
Wander is a SaaS platform for the tourism industry. Our software lets destinations ditch their paper maps and create beautiful 3D interactive maps that help visitors find the best experiences in their destination.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns; assist in creating campaign content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials; execute marketing campaigns and monitor their performance to ensure objectives.

Sales Outreach: Conduct outreach to potential destination partners through phone calls and emails; communicate Wander's value proposition and benefits; follow up with leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.

CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM to maintain accurate records; assist in creating and updating sales reports and dashboards; help in segmentation and targeting of leads for personalized outreach.

Meeting Participation: Attend planning meetings; take meeting notes; assist organizing action items and follow-ups.

Data Analysis: Analyze marketing and sales data for trends; generate reports on campaign performance and lead conversion rates.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Strong communication skills, written & verbal.

Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, passion for sales & marketing.

Proficiency using CRM software, preferably HubSpot (prior experience a plus).

Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail.
