Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Consultant position located in Los Angeles, CA. The Marketing Consultant will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, creating promotional content, and building relationships with current and prospective buyers to expand business opportunities. The role also involves key administrative tasks, including schedule management, file organization, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Social Media Support
Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and official documents.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone communications.
Compile data to prepare comprehensive reports and documents as required.
Manage and update the office’s digital presence, including the official website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media channels (content creation and posting).
Maintain a clean, organized, and productive office environment. Handle general operational tasks as needed (e.g., operating the company vehicle, managing subscriptions/deliveries).
Project Support
Provide administrative and operational support for special projects.
Assist in drafting project documentation, progress reports, and marketing materials.
Event Coordination
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, meetings, and trade conferences.
Manage event logistics, including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
Provide high-quality Korean-English interpretation during events and meetings.
Communication
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional assistance.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service to diverse stakeholders.
Prior experience in market research, marketing, communications, or advertising is preferred.
A strong passion for data-driven insights and a desire to help companies achieve their goals in the U.S. market.
Solid understanding of global import/export processes, trade rules, and regulations.
Proven project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and successfully execute objectives.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in cross-cultural environments.
A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute to a healthy office culture.
Bilingual in both Korean and English is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Adaptability to work effectively in both office and off-site/field environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Hancom Office (Hangul/hwp).
