Role Overview
We are seeking a Production Designer for a high-volume Brand & Marketing team. This role focuses on production work, preparing and executing marketing assets such as print materials, swag, and promotional items while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. You will manage requests through a ticketing system from intake to final delivery, ensuring all assets are accurate and ready for production.
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-volume production requests for marketing assets including swag, apparel, print collateral, and event materials.
Prepare print-ready files, including resizing, logo placement, formatting, and adhering to vendor specifications.
Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and approval processes.
Manage multiple requests simultaneously within a ticket-based workflow.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and own requests from start to finish.
Make design adjustments as needed to ensure professional output.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
4-6 years of experience in production design, graphic design, or print production within a corporate environment, design firm, or advertising agency.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and InDesign, is required. Experience with print files, pre-press, and preparing vendor-ready assets is also necessary.
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in communication/graphic design, interaction design, or a similar field is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with promotional products, apparel, or event materials.
Familiarity with ticketing systems or high-volume workflows.
Basic understanding of layout and visual hierarchy.
Motion graphics and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish or French Canadian.
