Some custom “cut‑and‑sew” pieces are sourced and constructed entirely in Los Angeles, along with pieces that are screened/embroidered on blanks, mostly made in the US. The graphic design/branding pulls from a classic Americana look – old movies, sports, cars, film photography, vinyls – with our own twist.

We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and growth‑minded professional to join our dynamic team in the vintage clothing manufacturing industry. This role involves overseeing the development and output of digital marketing content to drive sales and increase brand awareness through product‑based campaigns, curated photoshoots, digital ads, and social media analytics.
The position requires developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should possess a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution. Deep understanding of social media analytics, digital media, brand strategy, Google Ads, SEO, and related channels is essential.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Digital Marketing Strategy, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with Product Development on strategy and planning.
Generate digital content (modeled photoshoots, candid photos, short‑form video).
Measure and report performance of all campaigns and assess against ROI and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end‑to‑end customer experience across multiple channels.
Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
Develop and manage the company’s online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Collaborate with Product Development to improve usability, design, content, and conversion of the website.
Report on media analytics.
Education / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred but NOT required if you have relevant experience.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Social media data analytics experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
Professional photography (modeled shoots) and video editing skills.
Graphic design experience (Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
Familiarity with web design.
Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Shopify analytics experience is a plus.
