Job Description
Key Requirements

3–5 years of project management experience with a bachelor's degree.

Experience working in cross-functional/matrix organizations.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, and problem-solving skills.

PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Role Summary
Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Preferred Background

Pharmaceutical, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, or customer service environment.

Experience with project planning tools, business systems, and process improvement initiatives.

Ability to influence stakeholders and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
