Role Overview
The Senior Director of Digital Brand Experience serves as the senior leader responsible for shaping and optimizing how audiences experience the Mentor A Promise brand across all digital channels and platforms. This role oversees digital brand strategy, website experience, audience journeys, digital engagement, content experiences, campaign integration, user experience collaboration, and online community growth. Working closely with various product teams and Executive Leadership, the Senior Director ensures every digital interaction reflects MAP’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Brand Strategy
- Develop and lead MAP’s digital brand experience strategy
- Establish standards for digital audience engagement
- Align digital experiences with organizational brand objectives
- Strengthen consistency across all online platforms and channels
- Support long‑term digital growth and innovation initiatives
- Website & Digital Experience Leadership
- Oversee the strategic direction of MAP’s website and digital properties
- Improve user journeys and audience experiences
- Support accessibility, usability, and engagement improvements
- Partner with technology and UX leaders on experience optimization
- Ensure digital experiences remain mission‑centered and user‑focused
- Audience Engagement & Community Growth
- Develop strategies that strengthen digital engagement and participation
- Improve supporter, volunteer, donor, and community journeys
- Build audience retention and relationship‑development initiatives
- Support growth of online communities and engagement channels
- Strengthen connections between digital experiences and organizational outcomes
- Content Experience & Storytelling
- Partner with PromiseVoice and PromiseStudios to create compelling digital experiences
- Support content strategy across websites, blogs, campaigns, newsletters, podcasts, videos, and social channels
- Ensure storytelling remains consistent and audience‑centered
- Strengthen audience understanding of MAP’s mission and impact
- Campaign Integration
- Collaborate with marketing and campaign leaders to support integrated digital initiatives
- Ensure seamless audience experiences across campaigns and channels
- Support awareness, fundraising, recruitment, advocacy, and engagement campaigns
- Improve digital conversion pathways and audience participation
- Digital Innovation & Emerging Platforms
- Monitor trends in digital engagement and audience behavior
- Evaluate new technologies, platforms, and engagement opportunities
- Identify opportunities to improve digital experiences and organizational reach
- Support innovation initiatives that strengthen audience engagement
