The Role
Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional, personalized customer interactions as the first point of engagement for guests, while supporting studio operations and brand promotion.

Be a critical Lucid Ambassador; the first point of engagement guests will have with Lucid

Welcome guests in an engaging, courteous, and sincere manner

Demonstrate excitement and create intrigue about Lucid products

Effectively gauge customer needs through personalized interactions and insightful questioning (Needs Assessment)

Maintain and build a robust customer pipeline (Pipeline Management)

Utilize Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions (CRM)

Conduct test drives and articulate desired points of interest ensuring an exceptional experience while driving Lucid vehicles

Understand competitor models and packages to educate customers on why Lucid

Effectively communicate the benefits of Lucid products and membership in the Lucid community

Gauge guests’ requirements and interests to deliver personalized interactions

Capture leads and progress guests through the initial part of the Lucid journey

Manage and overcome customer challenges in a calm manner

Ensure studio assets are presentable and consistent with the Lucid brand image

Identify pain points or bottlenecks during daily operations and suggest improvements

Remain available for ad‑hoc activities to improve studio operations and customer experiences

Support local marketing initiatives and events to build brand awareness

Maintain a desire to learn and develop to progress your career with Lucid Motors

Assist with daily operations as needed

Qualifications

Completed, or working toward, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

Exceptional people skills, including strong oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening.

Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Conscientious, responsible, and reliable.

Curiosity and passion about electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market/competitive landscape.

Comfortable operating in an ambiguous retail environment.

Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time.

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Flexible availability, including extended holiday mall hours, holidays, and weekends.

Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year; drivers under 21 must have held a license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid Training upon hire.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay (hourly): $23 USD

Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program.
