Key responsibilities
Create a team culture of trust, accountability, and success while encouraging open communication
Develop and train new Account Executives on the sales process and oversee rigorous sales development execution
Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and forecast meetings, using data-driven insights to coach team members on revenue strategies
Required qualifications
3+ years of experience as a sales manager
3 years of documented sales success as an individual contributor exceeding targets
Experience in hiring, training, and ramping new Account Executives
Proven track record of collaboration across teams with the ability to inspire change
Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing others
