Your responsibilities
The A&D Trade Manager, Gaggenau delivers a Gaggenau brand experience to our trade clients that should be comparable to our ultra-luxury product position in the market. More than 80% of the time, Ultra-Luxury Clients take the product recommendations of their specifiers. Therefore it is critical Gaggenau creates a direct channel of business with these industry influencers.
The role will identify, cultivate and support trade business (designers, architects, single-home builders, kitchen studios) and their clients, establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic trade associates. This channel of business cultivation will directly drive retail sales revenue.

5-7 Years of Experience (Luxury Home Design, account management and business development)

5-7 Years of Experience (Work experience in spatial planning, and understanding architectural and design plans, ideally in the kitchen industry, with familiarity reading CAD, BIM or other design files.)

Be extremely well-organized and able to coordinate day-to-day communications with internal cross functional teams and clients.
Deliver communications on par with a luxury brand expectation.
Have strong presentation skills in person and virtually, ability to present sales/training presentations/light cooking demos.
Can identify opportunities to create best workflows and practices.
Thrive working independently as well as within a team dynamic.
Strong attention to detail and prioritization of projects and responses needed.
Must have extensive knowledge of Gaggenau brand and products, as well as those of competitors.
Passion and familiarity with cooking and using luxury household appliances.
General luxury brand marketing understanding/ability to leverage relationships into brand assets.
Excellent communicator in English, verbal and written form, Spanish language a plus.
Conduct oneself as a professional representative of luxury brands with polish, energy, and enthusiasm.
Excellent people skills, computer skills, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity of CRM database management.
Domestic Travel by car, airplane, boat, etc. - can include overnight and weekends. 50-75% of time will be spent in the field.
Must have a motor vehicle and an active driver's license in good standing with the DMV.
Acquire within first 6mo. of role, CEU accreditation.

Your Pay & Benefits
The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.
