Overview

Lead visual and product strategy in-store. Oversee visual merchandising and product presentation. Ensure the store is customer‑ready at all times. Manage operations on sales floor and back of house.
Lead visual team through coaching and planning. Partner with Store Manager on directives and budgets.
Requirements

3-5 years of retail leadership experience.
Visual merchandising and product presentation skills.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Budgeting, reporting, and KPI tracking.
MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move items.
