Role Overview
As the Region Manager, you will manage and drive distributor performance across your assigned territory. You will provide oversight and a sales strategy through a team of Field Execution Managers (FEMs), report to the Director of Sales and Distribution, and execute tactical strategies outlined by the business leader. The role requires 30% travel to work with distributors and FEM teams.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for distributors in the region.
Build and lead monthly planning and review sessions with distributor decision makers.
Design and sell in sales programs and set short‑and long‑term sales strategies.
Manage pricing, promotions, and billings for all distributors based on budgeted allocation.
Collaborate with FEMs to enhance distributor partner performance and adjust sales goals as appropriate.
Evaluate and implement new sales techniques to increase regional sales volume.
Work with field marketing counterparts to identify and capitalize on key events that build brand awareness.
Work closely with the National Accounts team on selling in and programming.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or 5+ years of related experience.
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
Strong client relationship management and team leadership experience.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Excellent negotiation, sales planning, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
Creative problem‑solving and strong interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated, high energy, and commitment to excellence.
Preferred pre‑existing good working relationships with distributors.
Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Valid insurance minimums, 2–4 years of related experience.
