We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager. This position is responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients, Sales Executives and other Provant Team Members. The essential functions of this role include the following:
Handle, document, and manage all insured requests for service (changes, auto ID, quotes, etc.).
Enrich existing client accounts by actively promoting and selling supplementary personal lines coverages or policies. Engage with current clients through outbound communication channels like phone calls, emails, and letters to propose and sell additional coverage lines as needed. Perform yearly insurance reviews.
Respond to client inquiries regarding their coverage or policy status, manage customer portfolios, and guarantee the fulfillment of all deadlines.
Oversee, record, and manage all carrier requests.
Keep digital files updated and standardized according to agency standards.
Deliver superior service supporting Personal Lines clients and accounts; act as the main point of contact for existing clients.
Organize insurance renewals and sustain processes in line with established workflows.
Collaborate and liaise with insurance companies to ensure we are aligning with client expectations.
Work Experience Requirements:
Property and Casualty licensed required.
Minimum 3 years of insurance brokerage experience, preferably servicing clients in Personal Lines.
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and insurance experience.
Applied Epic experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and metrics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel and Word
