As a Copywriter and Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our content strategy, creating compelling content, and potentially managing a team of writers to ensure delivery of high-quality, engaging, and informative content. Your expertise in fintech, finance, or forex will be pivotal in driving our content initiatives and establishing our brand as a thought leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and targets our key audiences.

Produce high-quality written content, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and more.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content writers and editors, ensuring content meets high standards of quality and accuracy.

Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content initiatives.

Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and product strategies.

Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in fintech, finance, and forex to ensure our content is relevant and innovative.

Maintain and enforce high editorial standards, ensuring all content is clear, concise, and free of errors.

Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in content management, with a significant portion spent in fintech, finance, forex, or related fields.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Journalism, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken. Ability to craft clear, engaging, and grammatically flawless content.

Proficient in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

Proven experience in leading and managing a team of writers and content creators.

Strong creative skills with the ability to develop innovative content ideas that engage and educate our audience.

Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all content is accurate, well‑researched, and aligns with our brand voice.

Must be available for a fully onsite position at our office located at Networkia Business Center, Av. De Europa, 14, 28108, Alcobendas, Madrid.

Preferred Skills

In‑depth knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and financial products.

Understanding of digital marketing strategies and how content supports overall marketing efforts.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
