Role Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and creative Brand Marketing Assistant to support the development and execution of brand initiatives across multiple channels. This role will work closely with marketing, creative, and cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency, campaign execution, and day‑to‑day administrative support.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
Play a primary voice in the communication with the CEO’s network, prospects, clients, and industry leaders
Conduct market and competitor research to support brand strategy
Support asset creation (presentations, briefs, social copy, email drafts, etc.)
Organize and coordinate meetings and follow ups in day‑to‑day communication
Oversee organization and operations and be immersed in all channels within Hawke Media (opportunity to explore within all 50+ digital marketing services)
Manage high‑priority, confidential information
Support CEO in all administrative duties including calendar management, scheduling, travel and other necessities as needed
Ad Hoc projects as necessary
Manage administrative tasks such as organizing files, tracking budgets, and vendor coordination
Assist in event planning, product launches, and brand activations
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or advertising (internships count)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platforms, CRM tools)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Visa Sponsorship
