Responsibilities
Lead enterprise CRM and email marketing strategy
Design personalized customer journeys, nurture campaigns, and automated workflows
Build audience segmentation using CRM data
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analytics
Manage marketing automation platforms and campaign execution
Measure ROI and turn insights into smarter marketing decisions
Partner across teams to continuously improve the customer experience
Qualifications
8+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing experience
Expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Strong background in customer segmentation and personalization
Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance
Excellent project management and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
