About the Role

The Senior Interaction Designer plays a key role in shaping how users interact with digital experiences across websites, landing pages, conversational UI, AI‑powered features, and generative content. This role focuses on interaction patterns, motion, and responsive behaviors that create intuitive, high‑performing user experiences across devices and content variations. Operating with both a systems and campaign mindset, designing scalable interaction frameworks that support dynamic, CMS‑driven, and AI‑assisted content. In this role, you’ll work closely with UX, visual design, strategy, and development to deliver experiences that are usable, accessible, performant, and aligned to brand and business goals.
Responsibilities

Interaction & Interface Design: Design the behavior, responsiveness, and motion of digital interfaces across websites, platforms, and emerging experiences to drive engagement and conversion. Apply best practices for landing pages and performance optimization while maintaining clarity, usability, and consistency across devices and content states.
Design Systems: Contribute to the development and evolution of design systems, focusing on interaction logic, motion principles, constraints, and guardrails that scale.
Prototyping: Create prototypes to validate interaction concepts, anticipate edge cases, and resolve usability challenges early in the design process.
Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers, art directors, strategists, and developers to ensure cohesive, buildable, and resilient digital experiences.
Accessibility & Performance: Optimize interaction and interface design for accessibility and performance across devices, screen sizes, and input methods.
Client Presentation: Present interaction and interface solutions to clients and internal teams and incorporate feedback thoughtfully.
Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and interaction discipline leader, strengthening team capabilities through guidance, critique, and knowledge sharing.

Experience working within or contributing to design systems.
Proven ability to design for variable, dynamic, or CMS‑driven content.
